To report lost or stolen checks:

  • A stop payment for lost or stolen checks can be placed online 24/7 at www.bnkwest.com
  • Call your local branch Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM or Customer Support at 877-310-3511 (toll free) or 817-310-1999 Monday thru Friday 7:30AM-5PM.
  • If after normal banking hours, please call the next business day.

If you believe that someone has obtained your account number or card number, or you have received a suspicious phone call, email, or text message regarding your finances or accounts with us:
