What is the cost of Overdraft Privilege? There is no cost for Overdraft Privilege unless you use it. If your balance isn’t sufficient to cover a presented debit then you will be charged an overdraft fee of $35.00 for each item paid into the overdraft, within the Overdraft Privilege limit. Keep in mind that this fee applies to overdrafts created by check, in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal, debit card purchases, or other electronic means. You are expected to repay the overdraft amount and you will be expected to make a deposit within 10 days of the first date overdrawn, and you must bring your account completely current and to a positive balance within 30 days of the date first overdrawn for this instance. If the account is not paid in full after 45 days then the account will be considered a collection account and appropriate action will be taken. |
