eCorp/Online Banking - Business

How does Positive Pay work?
As business customers issue checks, their authorized users will create an online data file that contains the details for those issued checks then will upload that file into their eCorp (Business Online) profile. Each business day, for checks that are presented for processing on the business account, the customer/authorized user is to review and verify those presented checks for processing. If the checks don’t match the data file then the customer/user will take action to “reject” and not process those presented checks within the Bank's established cut-off time. The process is very simple and helps our customers monitor their account more closely, and is an added safeguard to fraudulent checks posting on the business account. Plus, it's offered at no cost to our business customers.
Our ACH solution, ACH Manager, provides a streamlined process for our business customers to submit their ACH transactions (debit or credit) for their payment processing needs. This solution provides more efficiencies, flexibility to normal processing schedules, can help reduce input errors and fraud risk, and decreases payment-processing time in your office. Security access and user settings are placed by the account owner to help safeguard their data and to allow the necessary controls and procedures based on their business needs.
